Hear about some of the Top 25 most underreported news stories, Censored 2014 features chapters on Junk Food News and News Abuse; critical thinking, media literacy, and narratives of power; plus cases studies of “unhistory” in the making, including the financial core of the transnational capitalist class, climate change and species extinction, how Apple is winning globalization, and the “new” American imperialism in Africa.

It’s not all doom-and-gloom, as the Project increasingly highlights “solutions journalism,” reporting that emphasizes people and communities organizing to respond effectively to the challenges of our times.
