What happened to the story about Fox News's lawsuit against Steve Wilson & Jane Akre- reporters who were fired for not lying?

(“Court Ruled That Media Can Legally Lie” - The Steve Wilson/Jane ....webloc)

This is one of several inquiries I've made to this site-- which doesn't seem to list that court case anymore... it used to be top suppressed story #11 of 2005.

I was a Seismic Observer for Alaskan Geophysical and recorded seismic
data from the Milrow detonation. On October 2nd 1969 , I was on a small
raft consisting of about a dozen 50 gallon drums lashed together and a
platform with a small shack containing instruments, we were about 5 to 8
miles off the north shore of Amchitka Island.
