In the past few days irresponsible roof repairers did not warn us about fumes from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) which had been sprayed on the surface. Very strong fumes entered the house before we could close the windows. Please let us know whether that is dangerous. We used a vacuum and wet cloths to clean the house. Thanks for the information

Sorry, I forgot another aggravation about fiberglass, they put a fiberglass mat under the hood of your car, there finally are substitutes for that fiberglass, the air from it does come into the car I will change the quality of the air..very uncomfortable compared to the environment that does not have that extra dirty air feeling.

My husband worked at Johns Manville, Willows, CA for 20 yrs..I have never had peace since..my skin is most irritated because of the yrs not being able to get away from it, living with a fiberglass worker, washing clothes that never really releases the fiberglass ect...then also in the early 70's or 80's many shopping stores have the fiberglass bats stuffed into the ceilings covered with thin plastic.. to a highly allergic person as myself to fiberglass, I cannot go to those stores but everyone does and many shop so much that their whole world is full of fiberglass and don't know it..they have just always been around it and even if they have allergy symptoms they would not think the shopping would be a part of their problems...but they spread this junk everywhere... anyone who has lived in the workplace of fiberglass and tried to clean clothing and keep a home clean feeling knows what I'm talking about ..the men don't seem to care much the money is good but the women are not doing so well...and fiberglass is everywhere, it is sickening...air quality parts per million as of many yrs ago was huge..and getting worse.
I would be thrilled if it would just go away and has anyone used a product in place, such as a cotton product, we have since my husband has totally left fiberglass..and works beautifully..and isn't junk !

Please send me an email address to forward you some of the most "shocking" information that concerns sabotage of equipment for income. Health hazards that are created solely because of the sabotage, yet overlooked. Codes of every state and Texas say it is illegal. One of the items is to tie-in 60' runs of metal duct hanging on nothing but aluminum tape for seal and support. This is at floor plenum and HVAC heater box. The other item is two filters instead of "one" used correctly in a filter rack. Two filters for a set of "A" coils, one on each, laid there with nothing but the angle of the coils to "hold" them in place. NO Tie-in and no filter rack "IS LEGAL" in mobile homes "only" and "only" in Texas for some reason?
PLEASE let me send some of the info I have that is sabotaging millions of Texans homes yet it is "overlooked". I have the FTC looking into it "right now" and would like some advice or a place to get good answers to the questions asked about WHY it is allowed and WHY only in mobile homes in Texas? Perry can create income in several ways but at the expense of the poorest people in Texas is NOT RIGHT and I can prove it I just need a few "honest" answers to question when asked. Not things like : Because that is the way we do it in mobile homes. By specialist in A/C for mobile homes. Never a reason except "it's legal". I say it is a deathtrap because of the missing tie-in and sabotage of the entire HVAC system in and out.

Please send me an address.
Sincerely,

My wife lived in a house at the rear of a fiberglass spinning company in the UK called the Versil factory for years . It now seems very likely that she and her surrounding neighbors would have been exposed to this material as it constantly floated about in the wind .
I played rugby on a ground situated next to an Asbestos brake lining company ( Mintex ) which continually emitted the death dust. I knew people who worked there over a period of time and died in a most terrible manner.
These company's need to be brought to account for there obvious neglet of the health of their workforce
