Hey Egoigwe, I guarantee I have a higher leve l of education than you. I can tell that you have no real knowledge of how the government really works by your ignorant statements because I do. You've proven yourself to be a bigot in your last post and you are the one that needs to get an education and a life! I can discuss issues without going off topic into a psychotic rant. You can't refute my facts and try to discredit organizations that do good work and contribute to telling the truth, like Amnesty international. If you don't like America, you are free to leave, not come here and not buy our products. I've travelled enough to know that this is a great country to live in despite the many problems we have. Obama is not a dictator and we have more freedoms in this country than most of the world. Truth is not censored everyday, it is out there for people to read in the library or internet. Get over yourself and accept the fact that there are many different views out there on all topics. Last I checked the government does not tell me what to eat or what medications to take. I can shop at any store I want and see any doctor I want. There is something called personal responsiblity in decision making in life. Get real dude!

Rick, my man, you are the one that needs educating. What research? The UN says, Human Rights Watch says, Amnesty says... bla, bla, blah. What UN? Who funds the UN? The UN is an imperialistic entity beholden to Western powers. It's a cocktail of double-standards and dubiety as it is a tool for global imperialism, ditto ICC, IMF, BIS, WHO and the World Bank. Human Rights Watch is a Zionist entity in all its colors as is the fraud called Amnesty International. Do you ever ask yourself, how come everywhere America goes in its crusade for Democracy Innocents die and it always just happens that there are vital natural resources and interests in tow?

How can you sanely say and believe that more people died in Sudan than Iraq? On what planet do you live? Listen to yourself: "You say you are for human rights and democracy at project censored, but Sudan has one of the worst dictatorships in the world. This is another example of project censored bias. Besides, I and many other Americans would support the west in helping South Sudan secede anyways if it will help the people and security situation." Well son, charity, they say, begins at home. Pluck the log out off your eyes first.

Speaking about worst dictatorships, wasn't it Obama that just granted himself powers to assassinate Americans any and everywhere in the world, extra judicially? Your main stream media is muzzled and dying, your infrastructure at home in shambles and crumbling, your Congress is on the take and swears allegiance to another foreign country, while your Vets sleep on the streets in full view your country doles out billions of dollar to a wayward entity that slaughters Americans. 911, whodunit? USS Liberty whodunit? Today, Americans are detained indefinitely without trial, the US government is on the verge of telling you what to eat and drink, what medication to take and when to take it, you are soon to be taxed for the very oxygen you breathe because when you exhale you produce Co2 etc., etc., etc. It's a never ending list. Your Fed Reserve Bank, all your nation's wealth belongs to a private family, ditto that global casino called Wall ST. Genetically modified food and meat are about to be shoved down your throat WITHOUT your consent and Sudan is your worry? FEMA and its detention centers, Homeland Sec, the porn shop called TSA, what do you think they represent? They all are, without exception, tools for a dictator! Heal thyself first and not piss on your pants calling it grape juice. The very reason for which this site exists is because TRUTH gets censored everyday and everywhere in America. Get a life buddy!

The UN says over 200,000 killed in Sudan and less than that in Iraq. These numbers may be off, but that's not the point. The fact of the matter is that there is a lot of blood in Sudan that this article does not address and actually defends and quotes the perpetrators. I'm not making things up, you just don't like what you are hearing, which is the truth placed in a different context. Esteban seems to have trouble focusing on the topic, Sudan, and I am not lying. Do the research before of accusing me of lying and try to have a reasonable mature dialogue about the article instead of coming up with wild accusations.

Rick Deal: "More people have died in Sudan than Iraq and that is ignored."

Haahhahhahahahahhhhaaa... whew! While you're making things up, why not say that Sudan's president has killed more people than Hitler and Stalin combined, actually the Muslim Sudanese government has populated whole planets with hundreds of billions of Christian clones - and then nuked them! Just for kicks! It's true! The US State Department says so! Go for the gold, Rick! Lie for Jesus and dollars!

Peter Philips, if the US is seeking oil at any cost, why did we let Iraq sell Russia and China huge contracts for new developments instead of hoarding it for ourselves? How is that blocking China from the region? The US did not kill over a million Iraqis and Iraq is not the topic anyway. The US gets plenty of oil from other countries and doesn’t need to take it from Sudan. Also, the US and the West are blockading Sudan with sanctions while China and other countries continue to buy their oil and sell the regime weapons that allow them to commit war crimes and murder. Isn’t that worse than what the US is doing? You are wrong about the US being the bad guy in Sudan, China is much worse. I never said that this was a two sided issue with a good guy and bad guy, you did. It is much more complicated than that and the US is not perfect. My main point is that this article paints the US in a bad light and lets China and the Sudanese dictatorship off the hook. More people have died in Sudan than Iraq and that is ignored. This article quotes the dictators themselves who are trying to blame their crimes on a Western conspiracy. I am not taking the State Department version of events in the region. I take the UN, Amnesty International, and Human Rights Watch view. This article just echoes the Khartoum version of events, which is propaganda, slams the West unfairly and supports the dictatorship of Sudan. How can you defend them and call this a fair article?

The US is the country that is seeking oil at any cost including the killing of over a million Iraqis. Rick Deal's one-side claim fails to note the US imperial interests in the region and the long term funding of resistance forces. There are two sides to every issues not just a good vs evil for which Rick Deal seems to believe. The US has been trying to block China in the region for decades. The joke is on Rick Deal for accepting a State Department version of the what is happening in the region.
