I have filed a complaint about my child who just turned 15 years. She was booked into juvenile hall, for false accusations. Charges are finally dropped, she’s awaiting to be admitted to a hospital recently being diagnosed of “mental illness” bi-polar etc. She attempted several suicide attempts, being known as a “cutter” she was given scissors and a spork. She horrendously cut herself, she was then pepper sprayed and thrown in the shower, got a head injury and severe arm strong bruises due to forceibly being held with extreme pressure, by staff. I asked to see the video. The supervisors stated “Cameras are not working, they haven’t been working, We are getting them fixed or installed soon!”
