US ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS AND HUMAN RIGHTS

This research explores the current capabilities of the US military to use electromagnetic (EMF) devices to harass, intimidate, and kill individuals and the continuing possibilities of violations of human rights by the testing and deployment of these weapons. To establish historical precedent in the US for such acts, we document long-term human rights and freedom of thought violations by US military/intelligence organizations. Additionally, we explore contemporary evidence of on-going government research in EMF weapons technologies and examine the potentialities of continuing human rights abuses.

In the 1950s and 60s the CIA began work to find means for influencing human cognition, emotion and behavior. Through the use of the psychological understanding of the human being as a social animal and the ability to manipulate a subject’s environment through isolation, drugs and hypnosis, US funded scientists have long searched for better means of controlling human behavior. This research has included the use of wireless directed electromagnetic energy under the heading of “Information Warfare” and “Non Lethal Weapons.” New technological capabilities have been developed in black budget projects[1] over the last few decades— including the ability to influence human emotion, disrupt thought, and present excruciating pain through the manipulation of magnetic fields. The US military and intelligence agencies have at their disposal frightful new weapons, weapons that have likely already been covertly used and/or tested on humans, both here and abroad, and which could be directed against the public in the event of mass protests or civil disturbance. I’m being tortured in Boston by electromagnetic weapons. They force speech from my mouth, open and stretch it for hours, resulting in an obvious rip across the center of my chin. I live in Roxbury, Ma. and I am a 35 yr old white woman here, ,literally getting TORTURED to death. They constrict my breathing, race my heart, (several times a day) and fling my limbs around. They also force choking while eating, forced deep breaths all day until you feel dizzy and sometimes faint, and use it to humiliate you in public. The Boston police follow me to every corner, giggling and laughing, as well as the fire dept. Who is paying them to do this?
Sometimes my eyelids are forced open for days at a time. They wake me every day, by forcing my eyelids open and racing my heart, then flinging all my limbs and pumping them around in my bed. The voice to skull is “on” 24/7 with groups of retarded people screaming and yelling insults. They are very familiar with the East Lynn, Ma. neighborhood and the Everett, Ma. area. They have made references to Saugus. I dont know who is at the controls. I need help. Ive all ready told people ,if Im found dead, it is NO accident and it ISNT my minor congenital heart conditions. (they are racing my heart several times a day now, with HUGE forced deep breaths). No one is helping me. People watch and go into denial and disbelief.

It is simply unthinkable that anyone would try to use electromagnetic weapons to try and control people. I really hope that this does not become an issue in the future.

Last night my heart was attacked with electromagnetic weapons. It was terrifying. I am still in pain today. I need to get my hands on this technology so I can go to the media and expose it. I have been pounded with electronic torture for fifteen years. It is miserable. I am a middle age Christian woman. I think I was targeted because I told a married man to go home and hug his wife after he demanded a relationship with me. There is no way to justify torturing anyone the way I have been tortured.
